Such a sweet house! And that art deco ceiling is amazing.
I love the merry-go-round in the backyard too! They've though of everything!! It'll give your hobbits something to play on when they get there.
The ceiling details and some of the molding are really great. Now for the worn out shag carpet in the *GREEN* room...
